摘　　要：小鼠连续经口灌胃给予植物酵素15d后,采用小肠运动实验和排便实验的方法探讨植物酵素对实验性便秘小鼠的通便作用。结果表明,大高酵素能够明显促进便秘小鼠的小肠推进运动,缩短便秘小鼠首次排便时间,并增加排粪重量和排便粒数,因此大高酵素具有显著的润肠通便功能,是当今一种较为理想的润肠通便保健饮品。The test of small intestine movement and defecation of mice were conducted after 15 days of continuous gavage to study the effect of relieving constipation of plant enzyme on experimental constipated mice models. The results indicated that the plant enzyme improved the propulsive motility of small intestine of constipated mice models sig- nificantly and increased the volume as well as weight of feces with earlier firstdefecation time. The health care function of relieving constipation of plant enzyme was definitely confirmed, and this ideal enzyme could be used in health care beverage.
