小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在基层医院设备比较简陋的条件下行小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的疗效。方法在基层医院800只眼行表面麻醉小切口非超声乳化白内障防盲手术,观察术后1周视力及并发症。结果平均每台手术用时10 min左右。除11只眼出现后囊膜破裂外,其余789只眼(98.62%)均植入人工晶状体,术后1周矫正视力≥0.5者785只眼(脱盲率为98.12%),0.1￣0.4者14只眼,0.1以下1只眼。结论小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除术手术效果好,时间短,并发症少,手术不受白内障核硬度限制,能使白内障患者早日复明,是基层医院白内障复明的首选手术方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of small incision cataract surgery in the primary hospital with simple equipment. Methods 800 eyes undertook topical anesthesia a small incision non-phacoemulsffication cataract blindness prevention surgery at the grassroots level hospital and observed the eyesignlit and complications a week later. Results Mean surgery duration was 10min. Besides 11 eyes of capsular rupture, 789 eyes （98.62%）were implanted intraocular lens. A week after corrected ,visual acuity of ≥0.5 in 785eyes （literacy rate of 98.12%） 0.1-0.4 in 14 eyes 0.1 the following one eyes. Conclusion Small incision non-phacoemulsiilcation cataract surgery is a better method for cataract in primary hospital with good effect, shorter operative time, fewer complications and less limit.
