水源地生态补偿标准核算研究

摘　　要：生态补偿标准的量化问题是当前生态补偿研究中的热点和难点。以水源地为研究主体,运用边际收益分析法对补偿标准的上限与下限进行分析,并在此基础上对水源地水资源保护中产生的成本和水资源价值分别提出核算思路,由此建立流域生态补偿成本效益核算的一般框架与方法,以期为流域生态补偿标准的确定提供参考依据。The quantization of ecological compensation standard is one hot and difficult topic in the research on ecological compensation.Taking water region as the research subjects,the paper analyses the upper limit and lower limit on the compensation standard by the marginal income analysis,and puts forward to the accounting ideas about the protecting cost and water value on water source areas.Finally,it establishes the general framework and methodology of ecological compensation for the protecting cost and water value,so as to provide reference for the ecological compensation standard.
