摘　　要：哈耶克是公认的20世纪最具影响力的西方当代自由主义学派的代表人物之一。他的理论对在当时被广为信奉的社会理论具有颠覆性的挑战。通过将哈耶克这一理论置于国际领域的视野下,对其自由秩序理论进行梳理和考察,以揭示其理论体系的限度,并在对其理论基础——知识论之妥适进行反思的基础上,开拓出我国在现有国际秩序中的自身定位这一理论问题。It is acknowledged that Hayek is one of representatives of western liberalism with the greatest influence.His theory subversively challenged some social theories which were widely accepted then.What this paper tries to do is,through putting Hayek's theory under the view of international field,to comb and review Hayek's theory of the constitution of liberty,in order to disclose the possible limit of his theory and basing on the reflection upon its theoretical basic(its epistemology) to open a theoretical question which is how our nation recognizes its own position under nowadays international order.
