论大学的矛盾性与现代大学制度建设的哲学困境

摘　　要：大学与生俱来的"政治论"与"认识论"哲学的矛盾与冲突,同样存在于现代大学制度建设之中。以政府为主导的"外铄式"现代大学制度建设和尊重大学自身属性的"内生性"现代大学制度建设,是这两种矛盾与冲突的具体体现。两种哲学观的矛盾与冲突是造成现代大学制度建设困境的根本原因,主要体现在现代大学制度的形成机制、形成依据和生命态度三个方面。在现代大学制度建设过程中,应直面这一矛盾与冲突,充分尊重大学的优良传统,重视大学的主体性作用,化解现代大学制度建设的哲学困境,实现"内生"与"外铄"两种制度的有机结合,形成"内外兼修"、"形神兼备"的具有中国特色的现代大学制度。The contradiction and conflict between ＂politics＂ and ＂epistemology＂ inherent in university also exist in construction of modern university system. Concrete manifestations of these contradiction and conflict are ＂exogenous＂ and ＂endophytism＂, while the former is led by government and the latter is based on innate qualities of university. The contradiction and conflict between two different views of philosophy are the fundamental reasons for the dilemma of construction of modern university system, which mainly reflect in three aspects of modern university system： formation mechanism, basis of the formation and life attitude. In the process of the construction of modern university system, we should confront the contradiction and conflict and respect traditional excellence of university. At the same time, we should attach much importance to university＇s subjective initiative and realize the organic integration of two systems： ＂exogenous＂ and ＂endogenous＂. By employing these ways, the modern university system with Chinese characteristics, which is characterized by ＂internal and external perfectness＂ and ＂unity of form and spirit＂,will be formed.
