摘　　要：目的探讨三维超声检测胃排空的可行性及准确性。方法应用三维超声技术分别测量非溃疡性消化不良(NUD)患者及健康成人的胃排空时间,观察两组胃排空的特点。结果 NUD患者的胃排空时间较健康成人延迟。结论三维超声检测胃排空准确可行,具有临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the feasibility and accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound in measuring gastric emptying in patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia（NUD）. Methods The gastric emptying time were measured by three-dimensional ultrasound in patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia and normal contrel group respectively. Results The gastric emptying time were delayed in patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia than normal control group. Conclusion Gastric emptying time could be evaluated by three-dimensional ultrasound accurately, which has great value in clinical practice.
