摘　　要：建筑装饰装修行业作为吸纳农村劳动力就业最多的行业,面临着农民工技能水平低下以及就业不稳定等诸多问题,影响着建筑装饰行业的发展。由此,在新的社会经济背景下,加强农民工的职业技能培训成为首先要思考和解决的问题。The architectural decoration industry as the industry to absorb the most rural labor force,facing many problems such as the low skill and employment instability,etc.which affecting the development of architectural decoration industry.As a result, under the new socio-economic background,enhancing the vocational skills training for migrant workers has become a problem to be considered and solved firstly.
