块菌保健功效的初步研究

摘　　要：本文通过动物实验,阐明了块菌能显著提高小鼠的常压耐缺氧能力,负重游泳能力,亚硝酸钠中毒存活率,小肠蠕动能力,以及耐寒能力,并成一定的剂量依赖关系。但是,对于小鼠的睡眠没有明显促进作用。急性毒性实验揭示块菌没有毒性。子宫和卵巢实验表明块菌并没有对雌性小鼠的生殖器官造成不良影响,反而使其子宫指数和卵巢指数增加,表明块菌具有雌激素样作用。此外,实验结果亦显示块菌对于雌性小鼠的常压耐缺氧能力,亚硝酸钠中毒存活率,和小肠蠕动能力的改善效果更优于雄性。本研究揭示块菌作为男性传统壮阳食用菌,对于女性也有很好的保健价值。Animal experiments show that the truffles can significantly improve the mice＇s ability of hypoxia tolerance, weight-loaded swimming, and sodium nitrite poisoning survival, small intestinal vermieulation, and cold hardinese. However the sleep time of mice has not been prolonged by truffles. Experiments of the uterus and ovaries show that truffles do no adverse affect on the reproductive orgars of the female mice, on the contrary, they increase in the uterus index and ovaries index indicate that truffles have estrogen-like effect. In addition, experimental results also show that the effect of hypoxia tolerance, sodium nitrite poi- soning survival, and small intestinal vermiculation, on female mice is better than that on male. This study reveals that truffles as the truffles have no toxicity.
