摘 要:目的观察中药通窍明目Ⅳ号对眼压恢复正常的青光眼动物模型闪光视觉诱发电位(flash visualevoked potential,F-VEP)的影响。方法以日本大耳白兔为实验对象,用前房注射卡波姆的方法制作高眼压兔模型。将造模成功后经手术眼压恢复正常的40只实验兔随机分为模型组、模型治疗Ⅰ组(给予低剂量通窍明目Ⅳ号)、模型治疗Ⅱ组(给予中剂量通窍明目Ⅳ号)、模型治疗Ⅲ组(给予高剂量通窍明目Ⅳ号);另选取10只未做任何处理的日本大耳白兔作为空白对照组(给予生理盐水),均为灌胃给药。用药1个月后检测各组动物F-VEP中P1波的振幅和潜伏期。结果高眼压可导致兔视神经的损伤,表现为P1波振幅降低、潜伏期缩短;用药后各治疗组的P1波振幅和潜伏期均有改善。结论通窍明目Ⅳ号对青光眼引起的视神经损害有保护作用。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction on flash visual evoked potentials (F- VEP) in rabbits with normal intraocular pressure corrected by surgery. METHODS Elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) was gotten by injecting Carbomer into anterior chamber of rabbit. Twenty-eight days after the continuous high pressure, IOP was reduced to normal by surgery. After surgery the 40 rabbits were randomly divided into model group and treatment group. We fed rabbits in treatment group by Mingmu Ⅳ Decoction once every day. Besides, we took another ten normal rabbits as control group. After a month, we analyzed the changes of the amplitudes and time of P1 wave in F-VEP. RESULTS The optic nerve was damaged by glaucoma, which manifested by decreasing amplitude and increasing latency time of P1 wave. By treating, amplitude and latency time of P1 wave were improved. CONCLUSIONS Mingmu IV Decoction could protect the optic nerve from damage caused by glaucoma.
