摘 要:岩石磨蚀性通常以岩石磨蚀性指数CAI(cerchar abrasivity index)值来表示,它是反映盾构刀盘和刀具磨损的重要指数。以广深港客运专线狮子洋隧道工程为背景,对同等风化程度下的岩石进行Cerchar磨蚀性实验和岩石矿物X射线衍射分析实验,确定岩石磨蚀性指数CAI值和岩石矿物成分,并对岩石矿物组成与磨蚀性指数CAI值进行相关性分析。研究结果表明,同等风化程度下的岩石,岩石矿物组成对磨蚀性影响较大,岩石矿物加权硬度值H与CAI值有非常好的线性关系,且线性相关性要高于岩石等效石英含量Qeq与CAI值的线性相关性,岩石矿物加权硬度值更能准确地反映岩石矿物组成对磨蚀性的影响。狮子洋隧道围岩中砂岩磨蚀性最强,对刀具的磨损较大。另外狮子洋隧道围岩含有大量的砂粒胶结物,盾构施工过程中会产生大量的石英含量较高的岩粉,这些岩粉进入循环的泥水中,会对盾构刀盘、刀具和泥水管道造成一定的磨损。The abrasiveness of rocks is often described through the Cerchar abrasivity index CAI. Based on Shiziyang Tunnel of Guangzhou-Hongkong High-speed railway, the mineral composition and abrasivity in- dices of 11 rock samples in equal decency level were determined by X-ray diffraction test and Cerchar test, and the relationship between the mineral composition and CAI analyzed. The test results show the abrasiv- ity of rocks is affected by the mineral composition, and a good linear relationship between the value of rock mineral weighted hardness and CAI is found in each equal decency level, and this linear relationship is higher than that between equivalent quartz percentage Qeq and CAI, so the value of the mineral weighted hardness could show the mineral composition's effect on CAI more accurately. In Shiziyang tunnel, san- drock is the most abrasive, and has a major wear influence on cutters with lots of sand grain cements in rocks of Shiziyang tunnel,producing rock dust with high quartz content during TBM construction. When these kinds of rock dust ingresses into bentonite, it will result in severe wearing to the cutter head, cutters and the pipes.
