留学生在基层医院临床实习的英语教学实践初探

摘　　要：目的:分析外国留学生在基层非直属附属医院实习存在的问题,提出解决问题的对策和建议。方法:结合我院首次接收外国留学生临床实习的英语教学实践经验及遇到的困难进行讨论。结果:通过不断总结,老师在教学实践的探索过程中,提高了英语语言应用能力,积累了教学经验。结论:加强师资培训,精选带教老师是搞好留学生医学英语教学的必备条件;思想道德和医德医风教育,是提升留学生自我修养的必修课。Objective： To analyze question in clinical practice for the foreign students at the primary non-affiliated hospital,and propose some countermeasures and suggestions.Method： With regard to the first receive foreign students clinical practice English teaching practice experience and the challenges are discussed.Result： Through the summarize unceasingly,the teacher in the teaching practice exploration were processed and the English language ability and teaching experience were improved.Conclusion： Strengthening teacher training and selection of teacher may be the necessary conditions of the medical English teaching.Thought morality and ethics education would be to promote the students to cultivate themselves required.
