摘　　要：提出了一种提高十字轴精密闭合锻造模具制造精度的工艺方法 ,该方法采用预应力闭合锻模经挤压、成形 ,成功地生产出汽车万向节十字轴的精锻件 ,可以提高金属的利用率、减少设备投资。A technological process to enhance the manufacturing precision for the precision closing forging die for cross axles was put forward. It used a pre_stress closing forging die, through extruding and forming, successfully manufactured the fine forging parts of the cross axles of the universal joints of automobiles. It could increase the utilization ratio of metals, reduce the investment in equipment and lower the manufacture cost of single parts.
