摘　　要：在新的历史时期,公安高等职业教育面临着强化内涵建设、注重人才培养质量等一系列重大问题的改革与发展。文章就公安高端技能型人才的内涵、培养的途径与方法进行研究分析。In the new historical period, higher vocational education of the public security is facing a series of major issues on the reforms and development, such as, reinforcement of inner construction and cultivation of the quality talents. The article studies and analyzes the connotation and cultivating ap- proach of high - end skilled public security talents.
