摘　　要：现代性作为源于启蒙理性的一个重要概念,具有强烈的怀疑、批判精神和反思精神,以及永远面向未来、不停滞于当下的特征。在时代发展的进程中,其内涵不断地更新。它自身所具有的反思和自反性,使现代性观念在发展过程中不断地否定自我、超越自我,克服自身矛盾的存在状态而不断地获得新的血液,得以启迪现世,惠及未来。As an important concept of the Enlightenment Rationality, modernity has strong spirits of suspicion, critic and reflection, and also the characteristic of always looking ahead. With the development of time, its meaning is constantly updated and, because of its own characteristics of reflection and reflexivity, the concept of modernity in its course of development continues to deny itself, surpasses itself and overcomes the contradictory state of its own. It can enlighten the present, benefit the future.
