摘　　要：The title compound 3,3＇-（4-dimethylaminobenzylidene）-bis-（4-hydroxycoumarin） 3 was synthesized by the reaction of 4-hydroxycoumarin with 4-dimethylaminobenzaldehyde, and its chemical structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction.
