摘　　要：编辑工作是整个出版工作的中心环节。如何在激烈竞争的环境下保持高校学报的学术质量和水平,是高校学报编辑义不容辞的责任。高校学报的质量、水平、风格,在很大程度上取决于编辑的专业背景、学术眼光、职业道德乃至个性特征。但目前,我国大多数的高校学报编辑仍存在思维模式僵化、知识结构陈旧等问题,尤其缺乏职业精神。因此,如何实现高校学报编辑职业化,已经成为高校学报生存与发展的当务之急。The editorial work is the central link of the entire publishing work.It is the bounden duty of Colleges and Universities edit,that in a competitive environment to maintain the academic quality and level of Colleges and Universities.Academic journal of colleges and universities,the quality,level,style,depends largely on the editor＇s professional backgruund,academic vision,professional ethics,and even personality traits.At present,however,the majority of our colleges and universities edit still ossified mode of think- ing,the knowledge structure is old,especially the lack of professionalism. How to edit a professional colleges and universities has become a top priority of the University of Survival and development.
