摘 要:目的 :口腔混合唾液粘度的测定及分析。方法 :采用LG R 80型锥板式粘度仪对 1 0 0份口腔混合唾液样本进行粘度测定。结果 :在三种不同切变速率下 ,唾液粘度有显著性差异 (p <0 0 1 )。并且无牙颌组与有牙组唾液粘度亦有显著性差异 (p <0 0 5 )。男女分组比较 ,混合唾液粘度未有显著性差异 ( p >0 0 5 )。 结论 :口腔混合唾液为非牛顿流体 ,其粘度随切变率升高而降低。切变率为 1S- 1时 ,粘度值在 5 2 0mpa .s之间的样本占总数的79%。Objective:To measure and analyze the sticky degree of mixed saliva.Methods:Saliva sticky degree of 100 samples was measured using LG R 80 cone plate hemorheometer.Results:In three different shear rate,the saliva sticky degree had significant differences(p<0.01),and there were significant differences between the edentulous patients and patients with tooth(p<0 05).However,there were not significant differences(p>0 05)between female and male group.Conclusion:The mixed saliva is nonnewtonian fluid,the stick decreased with the increase of shear rate.When the shear rate was 1s -1 ,sticky degree ranged 5 20mpa.s made up 79% of the samples.
