摘　　要：理论教育的原则是青年干部马克思主义理论教育得以顺利开展的基础。总的来说,青年干部马克思主义理论教育主要包括两大原则:坚持从精英化向大众化转变的原则,坚持与中国传统文化相通因素相结合的原则等。The priority of theoretical education is the foundation of the smooth conduct of the Marxist theory education of young cadres in China. In general, the Marxist theory education of young cadres includes two main principles ： adhering to the principles of the shift from elite to mass and upholding the principle of combining the interlinked factors of Chinese traditional culture.
