摘 要:通过对发生黄化病香樟的土壤、叶片中全Fe、Mn、Zn含量和有效Fe、Mn、Zn含量的分析,研究了全Fe、Mn、Zn,有效Fe、Mn、Zn含量与黄化病之间的关系.结果表明:香樟健株与病株的土壤中全Fe、Mn、Zn含量,叶片中全Fe、Mn、Zn含量差异不显著.健株、病株土壤中有效Fe含量分别为24.2 mg/kg、15.5 mg/kg,健株与病株土壤中有效Fe含量差异显著.健株、病株土壤中有效Zn含量分别为5.8 mg/kg、2.8 mg/k,健株与病株土壤中有效Zn含量差异显著.健株、病株土壤中有效Mn含量分别为4.9 mg/kg、3.7 mg/kg,健株与病株土壤中有效Mn含量差异不显著.健株、病株叶片中有效Fe的含量分别为1.68 mg/kg、0.79 mg/kg,健株与病株叶片中有效Fe的含量差异显著.健株与病株叶片中有效Mn、Zn含量差异不显著.Based on the analysis of Fe,Mn,Zn content in soils and camphor leaves which occurs chlorosis,the relationship between the total of Fe,Mn,Zn contents,available Fe,Mn,Zn contents and chlorosis was studied. Results showed that differences of total of Fe,Mn,Zn contents in soils and camphor leaves of heahhy and diseased plants are not significance.Available Fe contents in soils in healthy and diseased plants were 24.2 mg/kg and 15.5 mg/kg,the difference is significance.Available Zn contents in soils in healthy and diseased plants were 5.8 mg/kg and 2.8 mg/kg, the difference is significance.Available Mn contents in soils in healthy and diseased plants were 4.9 mg/kg and 3.7 mg/kg,the difference is not significance.The contents of available Fe in leaves in healthy or diseased plants were 1.68 mg/kg and 0.79 mg/kg.The difference is significance.The difference of available Mn and Zn contents in leaves in healthy and diseased plants is no significance.
