摘　　要：职业教育的发展随市场需求和企业转型而发生变动,高素质劳动者和技能型人才的培养需要复合型知识结构为引导的人才模式的变革。文章以财务管理专业为例,从复合型知识结构建构人才培养前期、中期和后期应采取的措施和注意事项对财务管理人才培养进行研究。The development of occupation education varies with the market demand and enterprise transformation.And the cultivation of high-quality workers and technical talents requires the transformation of the pattern of talents based on the compound knowledge structure.The paper analyzes the prophase,metaphase and anaphase of talents cultivation with the finance management personnel as an example,which does help to take measures of furthering talents cultivation research.
