校企联合模式下研究生培养的思考

摘　　要：在原有的研究生课程教育的基础上,发挥校企各方优势联合培养研究生,有效提高研究生实践能力和创新水平,是适应当前学校和企业技术创新需求的有效途径。从校企联合培养研究生为出发点,结合石家庄铁道大学大型结构研究所实际教学与科研形态,分析了我国校企联合培养研究生的必要性,并提出了加强校企联合对培养研究生的措施。Talents is the most imlp＇ortant and active element in national innovation system. It is the obligatory responsibility of modern universities to cultivate postgraduate. On the basis of the previous educational system, university-industry-enterprises develop their advantage to improve the quality of postgraduate, and the practice ability and innovation standard of postgraduate is effectively improved, which is an effective way to adapt technological innovation of universities and enterprises. Based on the union of enterprises and university, this article analyzes the necessity of co-cultured pattern and some current training pattern in China, proposes measures for strengthening the cultivation model of postgraduate education.
