摘　　要：从博弈论的角度对高校教师继续教育经费投资的三个主体间的行为及利益取向进行分析,并在此基础上建立了一个经费投资比例的三方博弈模型。通过对该模型的求解,找出最优的投资经费数量,然后对高校教师的继续教育提出了对策建议。From the perspective of game theory,analyse investment of university teachers continuing education between the three main bodies' act and interests.On this basis,establish a fund investment ratio model in the three-game bodies,and solve this model to find the optimal number of investment funds.Finally put forward some suggestions about the continuing education of university teachers.
