基层医院开展多病种腹腔镜手术966例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨基层医院腹腔镜手术的应用价值。方法回顾分析本院近9年开展多病种腹腔镜手术966例患者的临床资料。结果全组腹腔镜手术966例中,32例中转开腹,1例严重并发症,全组均治愈。结论基层医院开展腹腔镜手术是安全、可行的,应因地制宜、循序渐进、及时总结、不断创新,这项技术在基层医院有广阔的应用前景。Objective To investigate the clinical application of laparoseopic operation at local hospital. Methods The clin- ical data about 966 patients operated under laparoseope in our hospital in 9 years were summarized and analyzed. Results All surgeries via laparoscope of 966 cases were successfully completed with no serious compfieations, except for 32 eases of laparoscope converted to open procedures and 1 ease of gall reaction with serious complication. Conclusion It is safe and feasible to develop laparoseopic surgery step by step at local hospital to a definite extend according to local condition. It should be drawn conclusions and be creative all the time. It is of great value to apply this technique at local hospital.
