摘　　要：目的探讨类固醇硫酸酯酶(STS)和芳香化酶(AROM)在乳腺癌组织中的表达情况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测82例乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中STS和AROM的表达情况。结果 STS在乳腺癌和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为73.1%(60/82)和39.0%(32/82),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.000)。AROM在乳腺癌和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率分别为58.5%(48/82)和39.0%(32/82),差异具有统计学意义(P=0.012)。在乳腺癌组织中,STS表达与HER-2表达呈正相关(r=0.269,P=0.015),与其他临床病理特征无关;AROM表达与淋巴结转移相关(r=0.268,P=0.015),与其他临床病理特征无关;STS与AROM表达之间无相关性(r=-0.040,P=0.720)。结论 STS和AROM表达均与乳腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,其中STS途径比AROM途径可能更重要。Objective To study the expressions of steroid sulfatas （STS） and aromatase （AROM） in breast cancer, and to investigate the relationship between the expressions and clinical pathological characteristics. Methods The expressions of STS and AROM in 82 breast cancer tissues and its adjacent normal tissues were examined by immunohistochemisty. Results The positive rates of STS in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were 73.1% （ 60/82 ） and 39% （32/82） with statistical significance （ P = 0. 000）. The positive rates of AROM in breast cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were 58.5% （48/82） and 39.0% （32/82） with statistical significance （P = 0. 012 ）. The expression of STS was rolated to HER-2 in breast cancer tissues （r = 0. 269, P = 0. 015 ）, and not to other clinical pathological characteristics. The expression of AROM in breast cancer tissues was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis （r = 0. 268,P = 0. 015 ）, and not with other clinical pathological characteristics. There was no correlation between the expression of STS and AROM in breast cancer tissues （ r = - 0. 040, P = 0. 720 ）. Conclusion The expressions of STS and AROM are related to the occurrence and development of breast cancer. Sulfatase pathway may be more important than aro- matase pathway.
