摘 要:目的探讨骨水平种植体(ANKYLOS)和软组织水平种植体(XIVE)在种植完成负重后的短期、中长期骨稳定性的差异。方法采用牙片和曲面断层片观察50例XIVE和68例ANKYLOS单牙种植患者在修复完成后3、6、12个月的植体周围牙槽骨高度的变化,比较骨吸收高度的差异。结果 XIVE种植体在植入后1年内,种植体周围牙槽骨呈进行性吸收,ANKYLOS种植体在植入后1年内,种植体周围牙槽骨有缓慢吸收,吸收速度呈匀速状;两种种植体在不同观察期,骨吸收水平ANKYLOS优于XIVE。结论在排除了表面处理技术和负重条件等重要影响条件下,在种植体周围骨吸收的环节上,骨水平种植体ANKYLOS要优于软组织水平种植体XIVE。Objective To explore the short-term, medium-and long-term bone stability difference between bone level implant (ANKYLOS) and soft tissue level implant (XIVE) . Methods Dental films and panoramic radiographs in 50 cases of XIVE and 68 cases of ANKYLOS single dental implant were used for observation of the height changes of the alveolar bones around the implant bones implanted for 3, 6 and 12 months, in single dental implants restration in 50 cases of XIVE and 68 cases of ANKYLOS. The observation was also made for bone resorption with statistical analysis. Results One year after im- plantation, alveolar bone around the XIVE implant made absorption progressively and alveolar bone a- round the ANKYLOS implant did evenly and slowly; Observation and analysis on two kinds of implants in different observation period were made, the level of bone resorption in ANKYLOS was better in ANKYLOS implant than that in XIVE. Conclusion With exception of the surface treatment technology and impact loading conditions, and other important conditions, in bone resorption areas around the implant, the bone level implant is superior to the soft tissue level implants.
