摘  要:研制出了高性能耐火耐候钢丝极埋弧焊材料,同时对该焊接材料进行了相应的试验。结果表明,焊后熔敷金属的耐火耐候性能、抗裂性能以及耐大气腐蚀性能优良,且该焊接材料焊接的工艺性较好,对H型耐火耐候钢有较好的适应能力。The submerged arc welding wire and flux for novel high performance fire and weathering resistant steel was developed,the results of welding tests using the material showed that the fire and weathering resistance,cracking resistance and atmosphere corrosion resistance of deposited metal were good,and the welding procedure performance was excellent and its adaptive ability for H type fire and weathering resistant steel was good.
