摘　　要：使用金属化薄膜通过卷绕、热压、喷金、真空浸漆、分选等工序生产的电容器就是金属化薄膜电容器。根据其生产材料不同又分为金属化聚酯薄膜电容器和金属化聚丙烯薄膜电容器。该文介绍了金属化薄膜电容器的结构、生产流程、性能指标,并对金属化薄膜电容器的自愈性进行了分析,论述了影响金属化薄膜电容器自愈性的内部因素和外部因素,根据生产现状提出了工艺改进措施。Using the metallized film winding,hot press.spray,coating,selecting ect process produce the capacitor called Metallized film capacitor.According to the difference of the material,it is devided Metallized PET film capacitor and metallized PP film capacitor. Here introduces the metatlized film structure.work flow.perfomance index,And analyse the self healing of the metallized film capacitor.Discussed the internal factor and external factor of metallized film self healing Make the improvement measure as per the production situation.
