摘  要:在结合有限元分析理论和多体系统动力学分析理论的基础上,应用HYPERWORK软件和ADAMS软件,建立盘-销多柔体仿真模型,配合制动台架尖叫试验,通过仿真来预测各零件的运动响应,从而进一步深入研究摩擦特性、模态耦合对触发制动尖叫的影响.结果表明,用多柔体系统动力学仿真来研究制动尖叫的技术路线是可行的;制动尖叫发生与否主要取决于模态耦合;仿真尖叫频率在2100Hz,与台架试验2000Hz一致.灵敏度仿真分析表明,制动尖叫对制动盘转速不敏感,但对摩擦力和法向载荷大小敏感;只有在合适的法向载荷下,才会发生制动尖叫;摩擦系数越大,则越容易发生制动尖叫.Based on the finite element analysis theory and multi -body system dynamic theory, disk -bar flexible model was built up with using HYPERWORK and ADAMS software to explore braking squeal occurrence mechanism. The accuracy of the simulation model was verified by bench test. The part movement in the system can be simulated. The simulation showed that it is feasible to do braking squeal research from the perspective of multi -flexible -body system dynamic simulation. The occurrence of braking squeals depends mainly on mode coupling. In the simulation, squeal frequency was 2100Hz, consisted with 2000Hz in the bench test. Braking squeal was insensitive with disk rotation speed. It occurred unless friction coefficient was big enough and only with appropriate braking force.
