摘　　要：用母语来教授外语这是国内外二语教学的一个普遍存在的教学模式。其弊大于利,其产生的原因有主客观两个方面。解决的主要办法是教师专业素养的提高。Teaching a foreign language by means of mother tongue is a very popular practice which can be found in L2 teaching and learning at home and abroad. Yet, the disadvantage of this approach overweighs its advantage. There are two reasons： subjective factors and objective ones. The most effective way to solve this problem is to upgrade the teachers＇professional qualities.
