基于GIS的农村居民点空间布局及整治规划方案探讨——以辽宁省沈阳市祝家街道为例

摘　　要：为大力开展农村土地整治工作,统筹安排、科学指导土地整治活动,在东陵区土地整治规划基础研究中,针对祝家街道农村居民点分布现状,采用GIS空间分析方法,通过对研究区主干道路辐射面积、公共基础设施服务范围、最佳耕作半径及地形坡度等因素进行空间分析,定量分析这4个因素对居民点布局的影响。结合基本农田和河流水面要素的叠加分析,将研究区农村居民点分为整体拆迁区、保留发展区和优先发展区,并指明了17个行政村的整治规划方向。In view of the current distribution status of the rural residential areas within Zhujia Street, GIS spatial analysis is adopted to study such factors as the radiation area of the main roads, the public infrastructure services range and the best cultivated radius and terrain slopes. Combined with the basic farmland and river water elements of the superposition analysis, the rural residential areas are classified as overall demolition area, reserve area and priority development area, along with the renovation plan for the 17 villages.
