摘 要:在分析六相12/10结构SRM的结构和工作原理的基础上,推导了其电感、磁链、相转矩和平均转矩非线性数学模型,采用数字化计算方法对电磁转矩进行了计算,给出了计算流程图;仿真得到了不同转速下最大平均转矩与开关角的三维关系图和不同转速下最优开通角、最优关断角和最大平均转矩的二维曲线图。理论分析和仿真结果表明:所建立的SRM非线性数学模型正确可行,平均转矩最大化的方法可以有效增加六相12/10结构SRM的起动转矩,优化转矩-速度特性。On the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of the 6-phase 12/10 structure SRM, the inductance, flux linkage, phase torque and average torque nonlinear mathematical models were deduced. The electromagnetic torqueses were calculated by using the digital calculation method. The digital calculation flow chart was given. The 3D relationship charts among maximum average torque, turn-on angle and turn-off angle in the different speeds were obtained by simulation. The 2D curve graphs of optimal turn- on angle turn-off angle maximum average torque in the different speeds were further got. Theoretical analysis and simulation results have shown that the nonlinear mathematical models of the SRM are correct t and feasi- ble. The detent torque of the 6-phase 12/10 structure SRM can be improved and the torque-speed character can be optimized by the method of the average torque maximization.
