桩核冠对牙体缺损修复中的应用及效果评价

摘　　要：目的了解桩核冠修复牙体缺损的常见问题,评价其效果。方法选择180例患者的256颗患牙,在修复前行完善的根管治疗,其中82颗采用铸造桩核修复,98颗行纤维桩修复,通过对修复后2年的复查结果进行临床效果评价。结果 180例的256颗患牙中,铸造桩核和纤维桩核修复方法的成功率依次为91.46%,94.90%。两组之间互相比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对牙体缺损修复2种桩核冠法均有较好的效果,并且各有优缺点,应根据实际情况综合考虑,选择适当的修复方法。Objective To research how to solve frequent trouble which is tooth defect restored by post2core crown. Methods 256 residual crowns and roots within 180 cases who received perfectly root canal treatment before being restored.82 of them adopted the post core crowns, 98 of them adopted the fiber post. We evaluated the clinical effects of the restoration after two years. Results 256 residual crowns and roots within 182 cases, The success rate was 91.46% and 94.90% respectively.There was no significant difference（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion Two different materials are all good in teeth restoration, and each group has its own advantages, according to the actual situation into account, select the appropriate rrepair method.
