摘　　要：着重分析了护理道德修养必要性,即:能提高护理道德水平,促进人才成长,提升学科地位。指出为了提高"90后"护生的护理道德修养水平,应根据他们的身心特点,从以人为本,加强学习,坚持实践,经常自省,注重"慎独"等途径入手,进行护理道德的教育和培养。Focusing on the analysis of the nursing morality accomplishment necessity, namely, can improve nursing moral level, promote talents growth, improve discipline position. Pointed out that in order to improve after 90s nursing students moral cultivation level, should according to their physical and mental characteristics, from the principle of people - oriented, strengthen learning, selfsupervision＂ and so forth, to carry out moral adhere to the practice, often introspection, pay attention to education and care training.
