摘　　要：日益频发的突发性水污染事件已成为我国建设"和谐社会"的一大障碍。突发性水污染事件不仅对发生地造成巨大的经济损失,而且会产生极大的社会影响。从公共服务、就业、居民生活质量、居民生理、居民健康、居民环境意识等六个方面所产生的社会影响进行详尽的分析,旨在通过对突发性水污染事件社会影响的分析,为研究社会系统和谐及构建突发性水污染事件对社会系统和谐影响的指标体系奠定基础。Of sudden water pollution events have become increasingly frequent in China building a 'harmonious society,' one of the major obstacles.Of sudden water pollution event not only caused huge economic losses to occur,and will have a significant social impact.From residents in public services,employment,quality of life,physical,health,six residents of environmental awareness in the detailed analysis of the social impact,through the analysis of the social impact of sudden water pollution events,for the study of social systems of sudden water pollution events on social harmony and the construction of index system of harmonious effect laid the foundation of the system.
