摘 要:优化高校轮滑课教材内容和考试方案,为提高该项目教学质量提供参考依据。运用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、归纳分析等研究方法,对在高校轮滑选项课教材内容中增加向右双脚支撑惯性转弯、向右弯道交叉步滑行技术的可行性进行分析,结果表明50%男生和20%女生初步掌握了教材内容。结论:制定合适的教学目标和考试内容、评分标准,高校轮滑选项课用一个学年时间是能够完成直道前滑、向左、右惯性转弯和向左、右弯道交叉步滑行教学任务的,可以将向右惯性转弯、向右弯道交叉步滑行技术加入高校轮滑课教材。The aim of the present paper is to optimize the teaching content and examination proposal of roller skating courses in college and final to supply a reference for improvement.Methods like literature investigation,experiments,mathematical statistics,and inductive analysis are used to test the feasibility of adding new content of double-leg supported right-turn inertially and cross-stepped right-turn during the curve roller skating.Results indicates that 50% of male students and 20% of female students mastered the new techniques taught in the class,which leads to such a conclusion that with clear teaching plans,reachable test goals and examination proposal it is safe for college students to master skills of straight-away slide,double-leg supported left-turn/right-turn slide inertially and cross-stepped curve slide in the course of roller skating within a year.
