摘  要:针对军用车辆扭转减振的问题,简述盖斯林格联轴器和双质量飞轮两种扭转减振器的结构、功能和特点;分析它们对传动系统固有频率的影响;采用某轮式车辆传动系统参数,分别计算使用以上两种扭转减振器的传动系统的固有频率;利用ADAMS建模仿真,对比它们的减振效果.结果表明:在降低传动系统固有频率和减振效果方面,双质量飞轮比盖斯林格联轴器更优.In light of the torsional vibration in military vehicles, the features of both Geislinger Coupling and Dual mass flywheel are introduced respectively in their structures, functions and characteristics. The influence on the natural frequency of the transmission is discussed. With the aid of its transmission parameters of a wheeled vehicle, the natural frequencies of its driveline are calculated separately by using these two kind of torsional vibration dampers. A dynamics model of the transmission is established in ADAMS under the working conditions of idle and drive. The simulation results show that Dual Mass Flywheel has a better damping effect in improving the natural frequency of the transmission.
