研究型药学本科毕业实习及对前期教学的思考

摘　　要：人才的核心竞争力是创新能力,而创新能力的培养需要重构新的教学模式。这种能力的获得不仅仅体现在实践教学环节,同样体现在课堂教学之中,应该融贯于人才培养的全过程。该文就如何开展研究型药学专业本科毕业实习提出重点环节,对药学专业前期教学工作提出三个转变,为研究型药学专业毕业实习工作提供一条可借鉴的思路。Innovative ability is the core competitiveness of talents, and its cultivation needs reconstructionof the new teaching model. The ability should be acquired coherently in the whole process of training, not only in the practice teaching ,but also in the classroom. In this paper, some important links were discussed in carrying out graduation practice for research-oriented undergraduate students of pharmacy specialty, and three changes about preliminary teaching work of pharmacy were proposed, which will provide a reference for graduation practice of research-oriented pharmacy undergraduates students.
