摘 要:企业成长与企业环境间存在复杂的、非线性关系,系统学思想和方法可有效观测和解释二者间的相互影响过程,企业成长的耗散结构特征、企业和环境系统的自组织过程和混沌行为,说明了这种相互影响是内生性的协同过程,而影响这个过程的关键因素是散落在系统中的具有"模糊性"特征的扰动因素,扰动因素的"涨落"经由内生性的协同过程促使企业和环境系统从一种有序结构向另一种有序结构变迁,要实现对这个过程的积极影响,必须选取正确的扰动因素,并给出一个正确的"涨落"诱导方向。There is a complex, nonlinear relationship between corporate growth and corporate environment. By systems thinking and methods, we can effectively observe and interpret the interaction process between them. The dissipative structural feature of corporate growth and the self - organizing process and chaotic behavior of a corporate and its environmental systems, indicate that this interaction is an endogenous collaborative process. The key factors affecting this process are disturbance factors scattered in the system with the characteristics of the "fuzziness". The "fluctuation" of these disturbance factors promotes an enterprise and its environment system to change from an or- dered structure to another one through the endogenous collaborative process. To achieve a positive impact on this process, we must select the correct disturbance factors and give the correct induction direction for the "fluctua- tion".
