摘 要:目的观察抗纤灵对5/6肾切除大鼠。肾功能、尿蛋白和肾组织病理的影响。方法将SD大鼠随机分为假手术组和造模组,造模组采用5/6肾切除建立慢性肾衰竭大鼠模型,1周后按血肌酐水平将造模大鼠分为模型组、福辛普利组和抗纤灵组,福辛普利组给予3.3mg·kg^-1·d^-1灌胃,抗纤灵组给予23g·kg^-1·d^-1灌胃,模型组和假手术组给予等量生理盐水灌胃,8周后测定各组大鼠肾功能、尿蛋白水平以及采用HE和Masson染色观察各组大鼠的肾组织病理。结果模型组大鼠血肌酐、尿素氮水平和24h尿蛋白定量、α1-MG、β2-MG、NAG水平较假手术组明显升高(P〈0.01),抗纤灵组与模型组比较均明显下降并可减轻模型大鼠的肾组织病理。结论抗纤灵可通过降低模型大鼠尿蛋白延缓。肾小球硬化进程,减轻肾脏功能损害,改善肾组织病理,从而保护残。肾功能。Objective To observe study of Kang Xian Ling on renal function, urine protein and renal tissue patho expression in 5/6 nephrectomy rat. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group and model group, to establish the rat model of chronic renal failure with 5/6 nephrectomy in model group, 1 weeks later, the model group rats were randomly divided into untreated group, fosinopril group and Kang Xian Ling group by the serum creatinine level. To give fosinopril group 3. 3 mg.kg- 1. d -1 orally, Kangxianling group 23 g. kg- 1 . d- 1 orally, untreated group and sham operation group given normal saline gavage. SD rats were orally administered for 8 weeks, each group's serum creatinine, urea nitrogen, urinary protein levels, as well as with HE and Masson staining the renal tissue patho were determined. Results As compared with the sham group, the serum creatinine, urea nitrogen levels and 24h urinary protein, alpha 1-MG, beta2-the MG, NAG level were significantly increased (P〈0. 01), and those in Kang Xian Ling group were significantly decreased the Kang Xian Ling group to relieve renal tissue patho of the rat model of chronic renal failure with 5/ 6 nephrectomy. Conclusions Kangxianling could depress urinary protein to slow down the process of glomerular sclerosis, reduce the damage of kidney function, improve renal histopathology, thereby protecting the residual renal function.
