摘　　要：农业发展方式转变是农业增长源泉转变、农业生产模式转变和农业产出模式转变的有机统一。农业技术创新可以全面重建农业生产函数,从而驱动农业发展方式转变。农业技术创新驱动农业发展方式转变的制度路径是:完善要素市场机制、强化农业外部性的内部化规制、建立农业生产者与消费者的互动机制。The transformation in mode of agricuhural development contains the change of growth mode, the change of production mode and the change of product mode in agriculture. Agricultural technology in- novation can reconstruct agricultural production function and drive the transformation of agricultural devel- opment mode. The system paths of agricultural technology innovation driving the transformation of agricul- tural development mode are to perfect the factor market, to internalize the agricultural external environ- ment pollution and to establish the interactive mechanism of agricultural producers and consumers.
