摘  要:试验旨在研究日粮中添加不同水平大麻籽粕对仔猪生产性能和血液理化指标的影响。选用体重约17kg仔猪240头,随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复10头猪。在等能等氮条件下,大麻籽粕添加水平为:0,2%,4%,6%。结果表明,1)大麻籽粕的不同添加水平均未显著影响猪的日增重、日采食量和饲料利用率(P>0.05);2)不同添加水平的大麻籽粕对仔猪血清SUN,GH、IGF-Ⅰ、空肠黏膜Na+-K+-ATPase和总二糖酶活性的影响不显著(P>0.05)。大麻籽粕作为蛋白质饲料资源,可部分替代豆粕,应用于仔猪生产中。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary hempseed meal levels on growth performance, blood biochemical indices of piglets. Two hundred and forty piglets with initial body weight of 17 kg were randomly designed to 4 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 10 piglets in each replicate. All pigs were given isocaloric and isonitrogen diets, and supplementation with different levels of hempseed meal were 0, 2 %, 4 %, 6 %. The results showed as follows. 1) Supplementation with different levels of hempseed meal had no significant effects on growth performance, daily gain of weight, daily feed intake and feed conversion (P〉0.05). 2) The concentrations of SUN, GH, IGF- I , and Na+-K+-AT- Pase and total disaccharidase activity in jejunum mucous were not significantly affected by dietary hempseed meal of different levels (P〉0.05). As a new protein feed resource, hempseed meal could be safely used to partly replace soybean meal in diet of piglets.
