恩度联合介入及热疗治疗原发性肝癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨恩度联合肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗及热疗治疗原发性肝癌的疗效及安全性。方法:选取30例原发性肝癌患者,随机分成两组,每组各15例。研究组使用恩度联合肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗及热疗。对照组使用肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗及热疗。两个治疗周期后四周评价疗效、甲胎蛋白转阴率、一般状况评分及观察两组副反应。结果:研究组治疗后一般状况、近期有效率及甲胎蛋白转阴率均高于对照组。两组患者的治疗副反应均较轻微且可耐受。结论:采用恩度联合肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗及热疗治疗原发性肝癌优于肝动脉介入化疗栓塞治疗联合热疗者,该方法安全有效值得临床推广及进一步研究。Objective：To research the efficacy and safety of Endostar combined with transeatheter liver arterial ehemoembolization and thermotherapy for the treatment of primary liver cancer. Methods：Thirty patients with primary liver cancer were divided into two groups and assigned randomly to a control group （ 15 cases） and a study group （ 15 cases）. Transcatheter liver arterial chemoemboliza- tion combined with thermo-therapy were applied to the control group. Endostar combined with transeatheter liver arterial chemoemboliza- tion and thermotherapy were applied to the study group. The efficacy,negative rate of alpha-fetoprotein （AFP） ,side affects,and general conditions were observed after four weeks, in which patients underwent two treatment cycles. Results：The general conditions, short term effective power, and negative rate of AFP in the study group were higher than those in the control Group, but no significant differences were found in adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion：The method of Endostar combined with transcatheter liver arterial ehemo- embolization and thermotherapy is obviously better than transcatheter liver arterial chemoembolization combined with thermo - therapy in the therapy of primary liver cancer. This method is effective and safe, worthy of clinical application and further study.
