摘  要:紧线丝杆法带电更换悬垂串绝缘子具有操作方便、效率高、适应性广等优点,但由于ZM型直线塔横担设计独特,无法采用该方法更换悬垂串绝缘子,限制了带电作业的顺利开展。为此提出了"卡具专用、丝杆通用"的设计思路,研制开发了适用于ZM塔形的通用提线丝杆,并已应用于数条500 kV线路,取得了良好效果。The method of live replacement of suspension insulator strings with wire tightening lead screws is characteristic of convenient operation,high efficiency and extensive application.However,the method is unavailable due to the unique design of the ZM tower cross arms so that the live work is limited.This paper puts forward the design idea of "dedicated clamping apparatus,general lead screw" and develops the general line lifting lead screws suitable for the ZM towers.It has been applied to a number of 500 kV transmission lines and achieves desirable effect.
