摘 要:人力资本投资是企业人力资源战略的重要内容。通过对企业人力资本投资多维模型的构建,提出人力资本投资策略可分为增值性人力资本投资和保值性人力资本投资,得出前者可以提高企业人力资本总量,后者对企业人力资本总量并无影响的结论。分析四川与广东两省企业的调查数据,比较不同类型的投资策略对企业人力资本总量的影响,以及不同的投资策略对人力资本各维度的影响,发现增值性人力资本投资确能带来企业人力资本在量上和质上的变化,而保值性人力资本投资对此的影响并不显著。Human capital investment is an important part of enterprises' human resource strategy.The existing problems with which we are confronted are: what is human capital investment,what is the effect of different forms of investment,and how can we invest in human capital effectively? Based on the authors' research,this study establishes a multidimensional model of enterprise human capital investment,argues that the strategy of human capital investment could be divided into two categories: value-added investment and value-maintained investment.The data of the enterprises in Sichuan Province and Guangdong Province have been used to compare the impact of different kinds of investment strategies on human capital and.Our research shows that value-added human capital investment could indeed increase the quantity and quality of human capital,but the impact of value-maintained human capital investment is not notable.
