摘　　要：随着安全生产信息化建设的发展,安全生产监管监察业务越来越依赖于信息技术的支撑,加强与完善对IT服务的有效管理,并最大限度地发挥IT资源的利用率,对于提升安全生产监管监察业务的质量具有十分重要的意义。本文阐述了基于ITIL的IT服务管理先进理念,并运用于笔者所在的软件研发部门在安全生产领域信息系统运维管理中的实践,提高信息系统运维服务质量,为安全生产监管监察的信息化提供了有力的支撑。With the development of work safety information system,the governance of work safety depends more and more on the support of information system.It is critical for enhancing service quality of work safety governance to strengthen and improve IT service management,maximize the usage rate of IT resources.The thesis describes the author＇s practice in work safety information system support service management based on ITIL best practice,which improves service quality of information system operation and maintenance,and provides strong support for work safety governance and management.
