摘　　要：目的探讨家属资源中心和电话随访对精神分裂症患者的精神症状、社会功能和生活质量改善作用的动态变化。方法收集、分析接受家属资源中心和电话随访的精神分裂症患者各69例、57例,对患者每3个月评估一次阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS),每6个月评估一次个人与社会表现量表(PSP)和WHO生存质量量表简版(WHO-QOL-BREF)。结果两服务组随时间变化,PANSS、PSP、WHOQOL-BREF均呈现好的趋势。两组阳性症状得分变化与时间无交互效应(P>0.05),阴性症状和一般精神病理学症状得分变化与时间有交互效应(P<0.05),PSP和WHOQOL-BREF得分变化与服务时间无交互效应(P>0.05)。家属资源中心组患者的生活质量好于电话随访组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论家属资源中心和电话随访服务均能有效改善精神分裂症患者的精神症状、生活质量和社会功能,家属和专业人员的全程介入,更有利于患者生活质量的提升。Objective To explore the dynamic changes of psychotic symptoms, social function and quality of life in patients with schizophrenia who accepted family resource center service and telephone following -up service. Methods The data of 69 and 57 patients with schizophrenia who respectively accepted services of family resource center and telephone following - up were collected and analyzed. The assessment was conducted by using positive and negative symptoms scale （PANSS） every three months, but by using personal and social performance scale （PSP） and World Health Organization Quality of Life Assessment- Brief Version （ WHOQOL - BREF） every six months. Results The sores of PANSS, PSP and WHOQOL - BREF in the two groups presented good trend with time went on. In the two groups there was no interactive effect between the score of positive symptoms and the service time （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , but there was between the scores of negative and general psycho - pathological symp- toms and the service time （ P 〈 0.05 ） , No interactive effect was found between the scores of PSP and WHOQOL - BREF and the service time （P 〉 0. 05 ）. However, the quality of life in the family resource center group was better than that in the telephone following - up group （P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion Both family resource center service and telephone following - up service could ef- fectively improve the patients with schizophrenia in terms of psychotic symptoms, quality of life, and social function. The com- plete intervention by family members and professionals is more advantageous to ascend the quality of life of schizophrenia patients.
