摘　　要：复杂性区域疼痛综合征是由多种原因引起的慢性神经病理性的"疾病状态",属难治性疾病,病理生理机制尚不清楚。本文报告了1例臂丛神经损伤合并复杂性区域疼痛综合征的病例,提示早期诊断并应用神经阻滞及口服药物治疗,可有效缓解疼痛,延缓或阻止疾病进展。Complex regional pain syndrome is a chronicneuropathic state caused by a variety of causes. It is a refracto- IT disease, with its patho - physiological mechanism being not completely understood. Here we report a case of brachial plexus injury complicated by complex regional pain syndrome, suggesting that early diagnosis and application of the nerve block and oral medication could effectively relieve pain, and slow down or stop progression of the disease.
