摘　　要：儿童忽视会阻碍儿童发育进程,导致发育迟缓、心理行为异常等严重后果。社会各界对儿童忽视关注不够,且多数研究针对3岁以上儿童,而3岁以下婴幼儿的研究较少。本文描述了1例严重忽视导致儿童神经心理发育迟缓的案例,并对相关文献进行了整理。Child neglect can hinder children development process, leading to serious consequences such as retardation and abnormal psychological behavior. Child neglect has not yet drawn enough attention from all social sectors and most studies fo- cus only on children older than 3 years, but few studies on chlldrcn younger than 3 year. This paper describes a case of child neu- ropsyehology retardation caused by severe child neglect, and arranges relevant literatures.
