摘　　要：目的 :探讨穿入邻近器官的纵隔畸胎瘤的 X线与 CT诊断价值。方法 :回顾分析了经手术及病理证实的 1 84例纵隔畸胎瘤中的 1 6例穿入邻近器官的临床、X线及 CT表现。结果 :1 6例中 ,穿入右主支气管、右水平叶间胸膜、左胸膜腔、左胸膜腔及心包各 1例 ,穿入肺内 1 2例。结论 :综合分析 X线 (包括体层 )、CT表现并结合临床特点 。Objective:To evaluate the roentgenologic and CT diagnostic value of mediastinal teratoma penetrating into near organ.Methods:Clinical and imaging materials of 184 cases of mediastinal teratoma confirmed by surgery and histopathology were reviewed.Of them,there were 16 cases which the tumor were all or part penetrating into near organ.Chinical、roentgenologic and CT findings of 16 cases were retrospectively analysed.Results:16 cases included:Penetrating into right main broncus ,right interlobe plaura,left pleura,left pleura and pericardium in one case respectively,into lung in 12 cases.Conclusion:by analysing the roentgenologic(include tomography)、CT findings and clinical characters of tumors we can provide more diagnostic basis for preoperation. [
