中西医结合治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察益气活血中药对晚期非小细胞肺癌介入化疗后免疫功能及生存期等临床影响。 方法 :5 4例患者介入化疗后给予益气活血中药 (A)组与 80例单纯介入化疗 (B)组进行比较。 结果 :A、B两组有效率为 5 9 3%、41 2 %有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 1、2年生存率分别为 83 3%、2 4 1%、5 7 5 %、7 5 %有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,免疫功能A组高于B组。 结论 :益气活血中药能更好地提高机体免疫力 ,延长中位生存期及远期生存率。To observe the effect of Chinese herbs with the properties of strengthening vital energy and activating boold circulation on the immunity function and survival time of the patients with non small cell lung cancer(Nsclc)after interventional chemotherapy.Methods:The effects on 54 patients treated with the Chinese herbs after interventional chemotherapy(A Group)and 80 patients treated only with interventional chemotherapy(B Group)were compared.Results:Effective rates were 59.3% in group A and 41.2% in group B.The difference between A group and B group was significant( P<0.05 ).The survival rates over one year and two years were respectively 83.3% and 24.1% in group A,and 57.5% and 7.5% in group B.There were singificant differences between group A and B( P<0.05 ).The improvement of immunity function in group A was greater than that in group B.Conclusion:The Chinese herbs could effectively improve the body immunity,prolong the medi-term and long term survival time and raise the survival rate.
